Refund and Returns Policy

At Pink Perfection, your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Tags and protective seals remain intact
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged by misuse or accidents

3. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong or damaged item, or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund (depending on product availability)

4. Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds may be issued as:

  • Bank Transfer Refund (processed within 2–7 business days)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless Pink Perfection is at fault.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable courier service.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues
  • Color preferences (based on availability)

Exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
